The White Room
Only one year after its opening in April 2016, The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma, located at the emblematic NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam, achieved its first Michelin star during the annual gala of Michelin. The restaurant, advised by 3 Michelin star chef Jacob Jan Boerma, is led by chef de cuisine Arturo Dalhuisen and both its menu and team have received compliments from several critics and foodies since its opening. The finest quality ingredients with acid tones and the spices Boerma is known for, prepared with the fresh new cooking style of Dalhuisen, result in perfect dishes. Tuna, trout, ricotta, carrot, citrus fruits, French lemon pies and cheesecake-éclairs to name but a few of
the excellent dishes.
